Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup natural muesli
- 4 tbs almond meal
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yoghurt
Method
- Heat berries in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute. Use the back of a fork to mash the berries and release the juices. Set aside.
- Combine the muesli and almond meal.
- Add one quarter of the muesli mixture to the bottom of a serving glass, followed by one quarter of the yoghurt and one quarter of the berry mixture. Repeat.
- Repeat step three in a separate serving glass. Serve immediately.
